In 2024, 99% of HR Technologists will use AI. Whether generative or machine learning, they will increase HR capabilities tenfold.
So there are more technological capabilities than HR can absorb. Finding your way around and choosing them wisely becomes a challenge for HR decision-makers.
The challenges that follow: aiming for efficiency gains, increasing skills and then reviewing its operational model, service delivery and HR programs.
