- 01NexaRH bases its practice on four non-negotiable values: integrity, objectivity, competence, and confidentiality. This means that we act honestly and transparently, that our recommendations are based on factual analysis, that we only accept mandates for which we are qualified, and that we rigorously protect our clients' information.
- 02We appreciate the gesture, but our anti-corruption policy is strict to guarantee our integrity. Gifts of symbolic value (less than $50 CAD) are acceptable, but anything exceeding this threshold must be declared. Cash gifts are systematically refused. This policy allows us to maintain professional relationships based solely on the quality of our work.
- 03Our independence is fundamental. NexaRH refuses any commission or commercial agreement with HR tech solution providers and integrators. Our recommendations are based solely on our clients' needs, following an objective analysis. If we collaborate with a partner for an event, this collaboration is always transparent and clearly disclosed, without influencing our advice.
- 04Our core business is HR TECH strategy consulting – HRIS and HR Technology Roadmaps – which includes assistance in selecting HR technologies. However, we do not perform the technical implementation ourselves. For this step, we guide you in selecting specialized integrators if the chosen solution requires professional services. This distinction ensures that you benefit from the best expertise at every phase of your project, with complete transparency and tailored to your needs and budget.
- 05As a consulting firm, our main environmental impact is related to travel. We prioritize remote work and virtual meetings. For our purchases, we favor local and eco-responsible suppliers. Our policy aims to reduce our carbon footprint by acting pragmatically and consistently with our digital business model.
- 06French is our primary working language, particularly in Quebec where we adhere to the Charter of the French Language. All our deliverables for Quebec clients are in French. We adapt to our clients' contexts and can work in English for projects in the United States or other Canadian provinces, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
- 07NexaRH is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. We have a zero-tolerance policy and ensure that all decisions (recruitment, contracts, compensation) are based on skills and merit. A confidential complaint process is in place to report any inappropriate behavior, guaranteeing fair and prompt action.
- 08Yes, remote work is our default operating method. Our team is distributed across Canada, France, and the United States. We organize in-person meetings when necessary for the success of a project, but we prioritize collaborative tools for maximum efficiency and responsiveness, while reducing our environmental footprint.
- 09Yes, we use AI responsibly to improve our efficiency and the quality of our analyses. We never introduce confidential client data without contractual security guarantees. Every deliverable is systematically reviewed and validated by a human expert (" Human in the Loop "). AI is a decision-support tool, but the professional judgment of our consultants remains central to our added value. We coordinate several AI agents (" Human Above the Loop ").

Two-factor authentication (2MFA) is mandatory for all access. We continuously train our team on cybersecurity risks, particularly phishing, to ensure constant vigilance and protect your information.
