Opening conference:

From employee experience to intelligent experience: the new territory of HR

This conference is aimed at HR and Talent leaders who want to go beyond experimenting with AI and understand how artificial intelligence is concretely transforming employee experience and learning at scale.

Drawing on her European perspective and extensive experience with large, complex and diverse organizations, Séverine Loureiro will analyze how leading French companies are evolving their models, moving from traditional approaches to employee experience to intelligent, data-driven experiences augmented by AI.

This conference will:

  • Understanding how AI is transforming onboarding, training, skills development, and career paths, without fragmenting the employee journey

  • Drawing inspiration from concrete experiences of French companies working with members of the HR Lab on skills intelligence, personalized learning, and large-scale experience design

  • Aligning assessments, skills frameworks, training, career management, employee life events, and AI tools within a coherent, company-wide experience strategy

Grounded in real-life cases observed within the startup and large-company ecosystem of the HR Lab, this conference offers actionable benchmarks, far removed from fads, to help HR leaders rethink learning and talent experiences that are both scalable and human.

An essential session for HR Directors, Talent and Culture Directors, Training Managers, and HRIS Managers wishing to translate AI ambition into measurable results in terms of experience and capabilities.

Drawing on her books and HR experiences in large companies, Séverine's conference will introduce a perspective with North American practices and open the panel discussion.

Panel description

ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini seem omniscient. Multilingual. Adaptive. Empathetic. These "AI coaches" give the impression of knowing everything, including how to train us... in AI itself.

However, in the reality of organizations, developing AI skills across the company, including within HR teams, remains one of the main obstacles to the sustainable and responsible adoption of AI. Knowledge and use cases are evolving so rapidly that AI is putting pressure on training programs that are often costly, time-consuming to deploy, and difficult to keep up-to-date.

Key questions addressed

  • Is AI really the "best" coach for learning, or are we chasing a myth?

  • Will AI assistants absorb or replace traditional training programs?

  • How is agentic AI pushing back the boundaries of learning?

  • What training formats should be prioritized by 2026?

  • How can we preserve quality and human connection in AI-driven development paths?

Join this international panel of HR innovators, assessment experts, and learning leaders to compare their observations and predictions on both sides of the Atlantic. Discover how organizations are reinventing learning in the age of AI and what this means for your AI roadmap and the future of your HR teams.
