First Barometer of AI in HR
in Canada

AI in HR is no longer a futuristic idea: it's already at work in recruitment, training, talent management, and employee experience. Between 60 and 70% of white-collar workers use it. This barometer aims to provide the first picture of its adoption in Canadian organizations, from Quebec to British Columbia and Ontario.
