  5. HR Director Positioning in AI (half-day workshop). This workshop analyzes the impact of AI on the role and skills of the HR Director and supports the development of an enlightened leadership approach. It produces a development plan for the HR Director in the face of AI, as well as a strategic brief for the executive committee.

  6. AI-Driven Job and Skills Planning in HR (half-day workshop). This workshop offers a forward-looking analysis of jobs and skills in the age of AI, as well as the development of workforce adaptation strategies. Deliverables include a job and skills map for the future and an action plan for adapting to the hybrid workforce.
